We recommend making reservations in advance as our popular times book quickly. You will need to pre-pay or provide your credit card details to secure reservation for a consultation with Sang or for any spa package or treatments two hours or longer and/or for two or more guests on request.

What if I am late?
|
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time as a courtesy to our other guest as our treatments are complete as schedule.
|
Guest who are late may have their treatment time cut short with us so please be on time.
|

Cancellation:
|
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice on week days and 48 hours notice on late nights and weekends. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to changes or cancellations made after this time. NO SHOW will be charged in full.
